I offer full spectrum generative and reproductive care. I offer herbal care and support services to people during the full spectrum of pregnancy – from conception to pregnancy to labor & birth to abortion to pregnancy loss to contraception to adoption. I provide care for all bodies, all genders, all stages of life and families of all identities. I use embodied and trauma-informed consent practices for every person.

Fertility & Conception Services
For many folks, the process to pregnancy requires more planning, assistance or support. My fertility care includes holistic herbal support for fertility and conception, FAM and cycle tracking, exploration of conception options, support in determining optimal conception timing, and at home IUI services. PRECONCEPTION CARE
Preconception Counseling $100 - $200

PRECONCEPTION COUNSELING AND FIRST IUI $200 - $450
In this preconception consultation, you’ll meet with me for 1-2 hours, in which we will review your medical history, investigate and understand your cycles, and working together to create an individualized plan to optimize your fertility. I provide guidance on fertile signs and support you to optimize timing for conception, including IUI timing and plan. I use herbs, nutrition, lifestyle and ritual recommendations to support clients looking to become pregnant, and work with fertility as one of the vital forces of the human body.
INTRAUTERINE INSEMINATION (IUI)

2nd IUI in the SAME cycle: $100-200
IUI is a safe and simple procedure that can happen at any time of day or night in the comfort of your own home. Washed sperm (fresh or frozen) is placed in the uterus to achieve pregnancy. A thin catheter (tube) is placed through the cervix into the uterus in order to achieve insemination, with your comfort and autonomy as top priority. A preconception visit before IUI allows us to determine optimal fertility window, which ensures your cervix is soft and open for the procedure and is most optimal for pregnancy success.
Studies show that when conceiving with frozen sperm, intrauterine insemination (IUI) doubles your chances of conception. The sperm are placed directly inside the uterus, and can travel quickly to the fallopian tubes to fertilize the egg. For those who have access to fresh sperm, the sperm can be “washed” or spun in a centrifuge to prepare it.
With me, at home IUIs are done with embodied consent and midwifery style care. For many of us, it is important to be as comfortable, safe and in our power as possible as we engage in the process of becoming pregnant. IUIs take place in the privacy and comfort of your home, with gentle and respectful care. This event can be whatever you’d like: romantic, silly, quiet, spiritual, celebratory, etc.

Pregnancy & Birth Services
Every birthing person and family deserves support and care throughout gestation, labor and birth. I provide passionate and caring support services tailored to your needs to ensure that you get the support that you need through your gestation and birth experience. As a birth support, I meet with pregnant people and families during their pregnancy to to cultivate trust, self-care tools, offer herbal and nutritional recommendations, provide birth education and preparation. I am on call for clients for when labor begins, and provides compassionate and loving physical and emotional support during labor and birth. I provide gender affirming, non-judgmental care with a focus on supporting the embodiment, empowerment and autonomy of each client. PRENATAL PACKAGE
SLIDING SCALE: $150 - $300
Appropriate for people wishing to enrich their pregnancy care with herbal, emotional and spiritual support. Also appropriate for families wishing for knowledgable input to help envision and plan their birth and postpartum transition. Includes three prenatal visits, a tea blend and much more.
POST-PARTUM PACKAGE
SLIDING SCALE: $20 - 40 HOURLY / 4 HALF-DAY POSTPARTUM VISITS $250 - $600
I support families and individuals as they transition into life with their amazing newborn(s)! Holistic postpartum care includes herbal care, lactation and breast/chest feeding support, food preparation and supports the in the joyful (and sometimes challenging) postpartum transition. Cesarean birth healing, traumatic birth recovery, self-care plans, newborn care, infant feeding support, nutritional guidance , emotional and physical care, integrating and processing experience of birth, tools for physical and emotional healing after-birth.
BIRTH TRAUMA RECOVERY
Some birth givers experience their births as overwhelming, traumatic or just hard to process. Using somatic tools, embodied practices and narrative medicine, I support folks to integrate their pregnancy, abortion or birth experiences through their body, heart and mind. Pregnancy Loss & Abortion Support
The loss of a pregnancy can be an emotionally challenging experience. I provide non-judgmental pregnancy loss and termination support, including herbs, rituals and nutrition. I support folks before, during and after abortions, with culturally humble care and resources. I can support queer and trans folks navigate the gendered medical world of termination and miscarriage, while also providing gender affirming support for your personalized experience.
